There are some weddings that stay with you long after the last song of the night, and C+S’s celebration at Four Seasons Napa Valley is one of them.
From the very beginning, every design decision was intentional. We wanted the reception to feel immersive, layered, and full of discovery. The space came to life through a combination of custom trusses, dramatic chandeliers, abundant florals, and lush greenery from the ultra-talented Flowers by Edgar, creating depth and dimension everywhere you looked. Rich textures were woven throughout the design, from the seating to the tabletop details, making the entire room feel warm, inviting, and elevated without ever feeling overdone.
The day was filled with meaningful touches, including the bride wearing her mother’s wedding dress—a beautiful and deeply personal way to honor family and carry a piece of history into the next chapter of her story.
One of the most special moments of the weekend happened before guests ever entered the room. When the bride and her mom saw the reception space for the first time, they both immediately burst into tears. Seeing their reaction was a reminder of why we do what we do. Months of planning, dreaming, and collaboration all came together in that one unforgettable moment.
As dinner began, vocalists and saxophonists from Elan Artists performed from elevated pedestals throughout the reception space, creating an energy that felt both elegant and unexpected. The music flowed through the room, surrounding guests and adding to the atmosphere in a way that felt truly magical.
And because C+S wanted every part of the evening to feel like an experience, the celebration didn’t end after dinner. Guests were welcomed into a speakeasy-inspired late-night lounge complete with custom merchandise, an espresso martini display, a swanky atmosphere. It was playful, stylish, and the perfect way to keep the party going.
Congratulations to C+S on an unforgettable wedding weekend. It was such a joy to bring this vision to life, and as always, I left Napa inspired and already looking forward to the next opportunity to return.
