Where do I even begin to describe this wedding and this bride who will forever hold a special place in my heart?! From the moment Rebecca and I had our initial conversation, not only did we immediately click but I absolutely loved her vision of an elegant garden wedding and knew I had to be a part of it! And did I mention Rebecca is a Dallas Cowboy Cheerleader?! I KNEW this was going to be a fun and dance filled reception and it did not disappoint from the tradition of doing their Thunderstruck routine to a special bridesmaids performance it was a sight to see!
Rebecca and Hunter decided to have their special day at a private family estate in Beverly Hills, CA and what a gorgeous property it is! We got to work planning and designing their perfect day, from deciding how to transform the already gorgeous estate into their fairytale wedding day. With a soft color palette of ivory, light cream and a muted blush, it truly was a dreamy elevated garden wedding.
A four day set up was needed to transform multiple spaces within the property into ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner reception and dancing. Ceremony overlooked the estate gardens and a rose filled arch was the perfect backdrop to start the day! Cocktail Hour was located in their Rose Garden and guests were able to walk through the property and grab some yummy curated cocktails! Dinner Reception was located in the winding driveway and we were able to place multiple chandeliers on shepherds hooks throughout the space to give it that extra enchantment. We managed to transform a pool deck into the dancing area that was filled with comfy lounge furniture, a sixteen foot bar and a truss that had five jaw dropping chandeliers for the guests to dance the night away under! Now to the dancing portion of the night, we were Thunderstruck (get it?!) by an amazing performance by multiple Dallas Cowboy Cheerleaders that were in attendance along with another curated dance by the bridesmaids! What a way to kick off the night! Downbeat Agency had their guests on the dance floor ALL NIGHT LONG!
