Lauren and Brian’s summer wedding at Waldorf Astoria Monarch Beach, will forever hold a special place in my heard. From the moment I met this sweet couple nearly two years ago, I knew their wedding would be something truly special. Planning alongside them was such a joy, and I’ll forever be grateful for the trust they placed in me to bring their vision to life.
Their design was the perfect balance of elegant and timeless, with soft neutrals, lush greenery, and warm wood accents creating a romantic atmosphere. One of my favorite elements was the breathtaking truss structure at the reception, draped in fabric and adorned with sparkling chandeliers that set the most magical tone for the evening.
For the ceremony, Eleven Eleven Productions created a lush square arch paired with florals lining the aisle, while guests were serenaded by Ocdamia Music group with a grand piano beautifully decorated in blooms. It was the dreamiest setting for Lauren and Brian to say “I do.”
As the sun set, guests enjoyed dinner and dancing under the stars, entertained by the incredible American Events Network band. A sweet surprise of cookie ice cream sandwiches from Chunk N Chip added a playful touch that everyone adored. And just when guests thought the night was over, the celebration continued upstairs for an unforgettable black and white disco themed after party.
Every detail came together flawlessly, and it was such an honor to be part of Lauren and Brian’s love story. Cheers to the new Mr. & Mrs. Choi! We love and miss you, and wish you a lifetime of happiness!
