Carrie here!! My sister in law got MARRIED! Our families were anticipating this day for well over a year and we can’t believe it’s already come and gone! Although it is now a memory, it is one we will hold so close to our hearts. Alisa (& her fiancé, Scott tries to keep up!) is an avid country line dancer and they love their country music! We wanted to fuse their love for country with chic design elements. With the help of my Mother in Law (yes, she did ALL the signage!) and Oak Tree Wedding Rentals, I think the day transpired to just that. Aside from the design of the wedding, it was such a perfect day. The rain subsided and family/friends never left the dance floor. Watching Alisa walk down the aisle to Scott was something I will always cherish. Her letter to Scott was also a moment of complete sobbing. Which we will not be sharing on this blog! No one likes a bridesmaids ugly cry! Another (selfish) moment, was watching my son walk down the aisle as the ring bearer… oh my heart! He was smiling ear to ear walking down to his uncle Scott! I could go on and on for obvious reasons but we’ll let you enjoy these photos by Allie Lindsay! To my sister in law, Alisa and new Brother in Law, I LOVE YOU! Thank you for letting us play such a small part on such a big day! I am so blessed to have you as family and our kiddos are so lucky to have you as Auntie & Uncle!!!
