When we were asked to plan the July WIPA event, we we couldn’t say no. Our design minds immediately started spinning after we were given an initial concept of bridal couture and we completely ran with it! When we went to tour the already chosen venue (LA River Studios) for the first time it was absolutely amazing. Being that the venue was so open and had such a fun edgy vibe, we couldn’t wait to start the planning and transforming the whole space. Although we wanted to have all of the fun elements at this event, our main focus was to bring to life a bridal fashion show that incorporated different bridal fashion. We showcased the gorgeous bridal lingerie, rehearsal dinner outfits, post wedding brunch outfits, and of course their bridal gowns from Madeline Fig and they were stunning! We paired their pieces with the best dapper styles from Friar Tux and the outfits were truly show stoppers! Madeleine Fig was even generous enough to allow me to wear one of their burgundy velvet gowns for the evening! It was such a pleasure working along side them on this amazing event and couldn’t have been more sweet.
Along with an incredible fashion show, we were honored to have the amazing, Andrea Eppolito come and speak to all of the industry professionals about Storytelling in a Saturated Market. Her expertise in the wedding industry was so amazing to hear and she really gave us tools on how we can make our business stand out in one of the top wedding markets in the world. Talk about educational and informative! Exactly what WIPA is all about.
We had so many talented vendors on board for this event and they made our bridal couture, pink and girly vision come to life so beautifully! Bright Event Rentals were rockstars (per usual) during the whole process along with all of the creative partners involved. The night encompassed everything that we had imagined!
