Stephanie & David, Rosewood Miramar Beach

Pink, pink, and MORE pink!! Stephanie and David were SO much fun to work with! Stephanie LOVES pink, and wanted to incorporate it throughout all elements of their wedding day. Throughout the planning process, this sweet couple stole a piece of my heart, and it is truly the best when a client becomes a forever friend.

They chose to get married at the gorgeous Rosewood Miramar Beach, so I already had an incredible backdrop to work with! The design process was fun, yet challenging, as I wanted to ensure we incorporated all of the pink she wanted, but didn’t end up with something that felt too young or over the top. I think we were able to strike the perfect balance, incorporating mostly lighter pinks throughout the ceremony and cocktail hour, and transitioning to a more vibrant reception with hot pinks galore! The ceremony faced the stunning Manor House at the Rosewood, and the lush ceremony arch was gorgeous against the white house. Huge floral pedestals framed the aisle so perfectly as the couple said their “I do’s!”

Cocktail hour was vibrant and fun with a huge four-sided bar and a pink backdrop filled with custom bud vases for guests to take home, which also served as the seating chart. The couple’s classic monogram was carried throughout the entire planning process, starting with stunning invitations by Heidi Davidson Design, and utilized throughout the day on custom cocktail menus, bar and dance floor decals, and on the show stopper of a seating chart!

As guests entered the reception space, they were “wow”-ed with huge floral bridges and lush arrangements framing the sweetheart table. Butterfly Floral knocked it out of the park, as always! Everyday People by West Coast Music filled the dance floor with their incredible performances, and the speeches throughout the night had everyone in tears. Stephanie and David are two of the kindest, most thoughtful people I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with, and it was amazing to see how they honored their parents and guests throughout the evening with special touches such as a birthday cake for her dad, and a touching thank you speech.

I can truly say that I am sad this one is over, and I cannot wait to get a call from Steph and David to plan their next event!
